Directions: Mix one scoop (30g) in 250 ml of water or milk in a blender or shaker.
For a more intense workout: Mix two scoops (60 g) in 500 ml of water or milk in a blender or shaker.

Protein powders are shipped using a super fast DPD tracked courier service from our European warehouse. You can expect delivery within 2-5 working days, but most of our customers receive their orders within 48 hours.
Our supplements are either shipped in the same packaging as your protein, or else separately using Royal Mail, and again delivery is between 2-5 working days.
