Olympus Health iBCAA powder is an instantised form of BCAAs (branch chain amino acids) providing a water soluble amino acid which results in greater uptake by the body.

BCAAs are required to maintain lean tissue, with studies showing that they help to preserve glycogen stores whilst preventing tissue breakdown during intense exercise.

Unlike other amino acids BCAAs are not metabolised in the stomach and are instead metabolised directly in the muscle. This unique quality means that they help build lean tissue and prevent catabolism.

These unique amino acids (Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine) cannot be synthesised by your body so they are essential to your growth.

This product is manufactured in a plant that processes ingredients containing the following: dairy, corn, soya, oats, wheat, egg, celery, sulphites, fish, crustacean and nut products. Cannot guarantee this product to be Nut Free.

Take 1 scoop in 150 - 200ml of water. pre-workout (30 mins before). Use a diluted amount (quarter scoop) in your water bottle during long or especially intense training sessions.
