Per capsule: Fish Oil 1000mg Providing Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 180mg Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 120mg

Ingredients: Fish Oil, bovine gelatine, glycerol, antioxidant, mixed natural tocopherol.

Take at least 1 capsule daily with food. Do not exceed recommended amount unless directed by a physician.

Protein powders are shipped using a super fast DPD tracked courier service from our European warehouse. You can expect delivery within 2-5 working days, but most of our customers receive their orders within 48 hours.

Our supplements are either shipped in the same packaging as your protein, or else separately using Royal Mail, and again delivery is between 2-5 working days.

Damaged or defective goods

In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, Olympus Health shall make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question. Please follow our returns authorisation procedure by contacting Olympus Health by email or phone. We will email you a returns authorisation number along with details on how and where to send your item. If the goods are damaged you will need to download our damaged goods form. Any claim has to be made within 7 days of receiving the order for it to be considered. Please download it here.
