Directions for use: Take 6 caps (3g) one hour before a workout, or on non-workout days, take at approximately the same time you would on workout days. After 4-6 weeks take 10 days off and start again. To ensure adequate hydration please increase your water intake to at least 2.5L per day whilst taking creatine. *At an intake of 6 caps (3g+) daily - Consumption of creatine increases physical performance during short-term, high intensity, repeated exercise bouts. Do not exceed recommended amount unless directed by a registered healthcare professional.
