Ingredients
PROTEIN PRO-XL: Soya Protein Isolate, l-Glycine, Maltodextrin, Whey Protein Concentrate, Calcium Caseinate, Defatted Cocoa Powder, Flavour (Cookies & Cream), Whey Protein Isolate, Thickener (carboxymethyl cellulose), Sweetener (sucralose)

Directions: Mix one scoop (30g) in 250ml of water or milk in a blender or shaker.
For a more intense workout: Mix two scoops (60g) in 500ml milk or water in a blender or shaker.
Take 1-3 servings per day depending on your goals.

Suitable for vegetarians.

I've just ordered my 2nd chocolate tub of this and I will definitely keep ordering. The taste with water is really nice but with milk it is a little bit too sweet. It mixes really well and I can't find anything to complain about.

I would 100% recommend this to anyone who doesn't want to splurge on the more expensive brands.

The taste is also OK in cooking, I have made a couple of banana breads with this with a 50/50 mix of flour and protein powder and the taste is good.

i had my first tub of raspberry, tasted good at first as i was excited ect. but towards half way (2.5kg) it got so boring and the taste got worse!, do not forgte this is for raspberry, i just ordered my 2nd tub, this time chocolate. it has helped me put on 3-8lbs through one tub! which is lean mass unlike most people! do not forget!

defo recomend this to any students or adults who do not want to buy the top branded stuff which is way to pricey, (rip off!!!)

defo try if you do not like it, at least you tryed it

I'm new to the exercise/get fit game and thought I'd give this a go - at least try and slim down by replacing some meals at least I thought. A week in and things definitely happening - first shake wasn't impressive but I guess this was down to the fact that I was too scared to shake hard enough for fear of the top coming off ! It was lumpy and chalky but I still drank it. Have managed to almost perfect it now - shake, drink and halfway, shake again. Must say it tastes better (creamier) with milk than water but both ok. I will definitely order another when I'm finished and may give the cookies and cream a go but this strawberry one is good. £34.99 seems excellent value, compared with the price of the other branded stuff which I'm sure is not much different but you get much less ...

ben 09/04/2013	Surprising how much you get for the price. At only £35 you get 5kg, whereas the vast majority of other suppliers give you 2kg for that price. The amino acid profile is also brilliant, along with 46g of protein per 2 scoops. I just hope they don't put the price up as I'm definitely using this protein in future
